welpp- scratch butchered the quality again,, xD fullscreen might help!! aAGGGGh I hate the background soso much I really wish I hadn't done that-- if I'd left it white it would have been better x''DD but oh well-- I might try and fix that later, but I though I should go ahead and share this. Here's my entry for this bab~ (my gOSh I love her and her design so much the colors just go so well with the design and the design in general is just so pleasing to look at-- ;w;) Basics ~ First name: Natalia (friends call her Nat<3) Gender: Female Age: 16 Positive personality points: Nat has a strong and determined character, quite independent and also a good problem solver. She's very reliable and trustworthy too, she means what she says and is an overall amazing friend to just chat with at the end of the day. Negative personality points: In her mind she always had to be busy or doing something important, so give those little special moments the appreciation they deserve. She's also a little hard-headed-- can be EXTREMELY stubborn and set in her ways. Also brutally honest,, and can easily hurt other feelings even if she doesn't have that intention. Backstory ~ Natalia was only a few years old when an operation began to transition the human race to life on Mars. This was because of (of course) humans constantly littering and polluting and giving no second though to actually caring for the planet they lived on, so eventually Earth was basically destroyed (I know it's sLIGHTLY depressing, but the point is- there's no planet B guys!! take care of the Earth!!) Only a select amount of the population was first transferred to Mars, but among those people were Nat, her mom, and her dad. Life on Mars was tough- after all, most of the humans weren't even sure how to function regularly after losing their planet. But for a while, things seemed to be going rather smoothly. Nat lived on Mars from the age of 4 til she was 14, and in that time was able to make a lot of good friends<3 but unfortunately for the first time in ten years, a massive storm hit the colony where she was living. everything got out of control-- the people started freaking out, some buildings were being ripped away. knowing from the damage that had been caused just in moments that their new home was being destroyed, the leaders of the colony decided on a risky plan B. during those ten years a fleet of ships had been under progress. while everything needed including food storage was already aboard the ships, the spacecrafts' reliability was under question, but with their home being ripped away it seemed the only 'logical' choice as that moment. Disorganized and panicking, families and assorted groups of people were quickly herded onto the ships. miraculously, the fleet safely shot away from the planet, leaving the ruins of what used to be their homes behind. for days they drifted through space, everyone in a state of shock and unsure what to do. weeks passed without anyone doing anything, until they ran into the ruins of a massive, smashed spaceship. along with the sight being terrifying and foreboding, large pieces of the ship were hurled at the fleet, causing them to separate to avoid damage. around this time Nat met Neptune (the cat version xDD)- a strange animal who seemed to follow their ship somehow. On some days Neptune would just hang around Natalia's room window and stare at her. until one morning Nat woke up to find the cat standing at the foot of the bed, staring at her. confused as to how she got inside, but also just in general intrigued by the creature, Natalia reached out to touch her. she was so cold that Nat felt a burning sensation in her hand, and quickly drew back from the pain. from that day on Neptune stayed inside the ship- but Natalia kept her in her room which she had to herself. Current position ~ While their ship is still alone, the people have figured out how to live in a new way, even appointing a captain from among them. In general- things seem to have settled down despite the traumatic past. their food stores are dwindling but still intact- but with the idea of a fabricator in progress things are looking up. Neptune is still kept a secret from most people- excluding Nat's friends and parents, and while she still mysteriously remains shockingly cold to the touch, petting her isn't dangerous. Nat had become quite the technology whiz and is a constant help to her captain and even surprises tech engineers above her. <3 so I think that's all" ^^' not by any means a COMPLETE story-- this was a pretty quick backstory with my basic idea but a TON of loopholes and a bunch of flaws-- but I really hope it shows my love for the character!! for sure her backstory will need a p big fix-up tho<3 anyways-- this bab is PRECIOUS and PERFECT and must be protected at all costs<33 if I do win her I plan to use her a lot-- I've fallen in love with this char and if I do end up winning her rest assured that I will not let her go to waste ;w;
