The instructions are in the game :) just click the green flag. You might have to click the spots a few times and even if you buy things it doesn't go in order so you will need to click it a few times. (I don't know how to make it go in order if you do please let me know in the comments!) I haven't done all the levels but I'm going to try and finish it soon!
