You are the Black stick man. You try and shoot the green stick men with lasers. use the mouse to point the lasers. the lasers will shoot periodically. If it shows the Win or Lose logo, then press the flag twice to make it disappear. Hard mode is broken, and I won't be doing more devolopent on this game until I finish Pokemon Warfare.
