Yeah I know that over summer and during the pandemic in general I've been churning out low effort, low quality projects, but I created a pseudo-3D dogfighter and I thought I would test myself and try building a 2D dogfighting game. Anyways.. Use left/right arrow keys to maneuver, space to shoot, and up/down keys to accelerate. Fullscreen recommended. Tip, the AI can be annoying but you are more maneuverable and have the ability to change speed, so you can easily get behind him. How does this work it just uses a bit of math to determine the direction and position of the enemy. It then shows up on the screen based on its direction and position. It's now been built on more solid foundations than before. Over time this probably won't grow to be much, but it gave me an invaluable lesson in all-around scrolling. A lot of assets (and inspiration) are from @planefan89. Bugs, technical details, suggestions, all go down there. (Bear in mind it's a WIP) ⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️⤵️
