( Decided to cancel my Sprite entry ) Bam; another DTAE because I'm hungry for characters jhidh<ANanifak,n I love the simplicity of the design, it's simple yet beautiful owo! I decided to make him a lynx; mainly to experiment with how I draw other animals/species outside the norm, and I really like how it turned out! Here are some art labels ★ 1- Climbing the Mountains 2- Basic fullbody 3- "The Stars are Beautiful tonight" 4- Two lovable friends (Starr Depicted before death) -Bio- Starr//Male Likes- Stars, The moon, friends, climbing mountains Dislikes- Destruction, loneliness, the place of his death -Backstory- "Oh don't even!" Starr snapped; his voice edging to a laugh. Autumn had been daring to pull one last annoying prank before Starr left; like usual. "Fine! You can go now," Autumn shook himself; turning the opposite direction. "Try not the freeze you're tail off!" he called as he sped off. Starr chuckled; feeling chills run down his spine as the daylight shredded away. He padded away in his own direction; crossing cautiously from the snow laden ground to the ice covered lake; and back home. "Pretty," he sighed under his breath; looking at the stars above; which were just beginning to shine in. He heard a small crack; and looked to see where it had come from. before he could process what was happening, he was submerged in the cold, dark waters. Starr churned, trying to push towards the surface. It was pointless. The frigid temperature began to take a toll on Starr quickly, as his breath ran out. He ultimately gave up; watching the stars twinkle through the ice as his vision dulled to nothingness. Starr awoke in an odd place; a dark black ground with a violet sky that stretched for miles. "Welcome Starr!" a cheery voice called his name. Out of nowhere a lavender colored cat walked up to Starr. "Let's take a real quick look at your files.." she held her paw up to the air, and a file folder popped out of thin air. She shifted the puffy scarf settled on her neck by rotating her head. "Files?" Starr cocked his head in confusion. The cat just flicked her ear, as if flicking his question away, before licking her paw and flicking through the papers. "Mhmm, Yep," she mumbled as the papers flipped. "Well! Starr! Lucky you! You can become a spirit!" she slapped the folder shut, and flung it into the air, and it disappeared once again. "What?" Starr walked forward, about to yell the answers out of this joyful cat. "Have fun!" she exclaimed. Before he could say anything more, the world was black again. Yet, this time, he was awake. The world brightened again, and he was back on the ice where he had slipped beneath the ice. A familiar voice was able to be heard; yet it was sad and dull. "Autumn!" he called. He ran over to his friend; his back facing Starr. He was hunched over a familiar shape. "Autumn?" the moonlight made the ice look eerie; and Starr gasped when he circled around. Autumn was crying, hunched over Starr's limp body. He gasped at the sight, and quickly realized he was dead. "Why....." Autumn's sad voice echoed softly to Starr's ears. Tears began to roll down Star's cheeks, and he walked over to the open hole, where he had fallen through. He looked at his face, to see a halo floating around his ear. His white markings had become more dotted, and two more halos were around his paw. He had a halo on his tail; and they all glowed. "I understand," he softly spoke with a saddened voice, took one last look at Autumn, and walked away. <--> Phew! That was a mouthful! But I actually really liked how it went out! Spirits gain special abilities that allow them to influence nature. Starr has the ability to influence the brightness of stars & shooting stars.
