Press the flag to see the art. Hello! This is my entry piece for the Black Lives Matter Art Collab hosted by @ProgramHerStudios @dreamyrxse and @mattito. I chose for this collaboration to draw Stephon Clark(Read down more for info) ~~~ STEPHON CLARK(TW: Violence, guns, and death): Stephon Clark was born on August 10th, 1995. He grew up in a rough neighborhood, and his brother had been shot in 2006. He loved football and graduated high school in 2013. On March 18, 2018, Stephon was at his grandparent's house in Sacramento. Police were called to investigate after a 9-1-1 call had been answered saying a man was breaking windows. The officers, Terrence Mercadal and Jared Robinet saw Clark in his grandparent's yard and ordered him to show what was in his hand. Clark started to run towards his grandparent's house. One of the officers claimed to have seen a gun in Clark's hand, and so he was shot 8 times. The object in question would later turn out to be a cell phone. Stephon's last words were "Poppa, Poppa! It's me, Little Poppa.", which he frantically yelled to his grandparents, hoping they would hear him as the cops closed in on him.
