This a confederation of land owning companies that agreed to unite under one government, each of their leaders decides their own law in their own territory but each agreed on a common law code and due process for changing it. That is what makes this country united. Although some didn't agree but most of them are too small to see on the map except the ones north of us and on the island east of us.
