I was just playing around with the different brushes on my art program. Click the screen for the next ones. 1, 2, 3: Neon wallpapery things. Feel free to use them in any other projects. 4: A ghost dragon using the glow brush. It was way better quality in the program... Took me about 5 minutes. Maybe don’t feel as free to use this one?
