Welcome to Cell Sustain, the game where you must sustain a eukaryote cell for it to survive because all organelles do one thing to keep a cell alive. (all definitions below.) Click the nucleus (the big red thing) to begin and click all the others, and begin the process of sustaining a eukaryote cell. Once all have been clicked and are working to sustain the cell, you must not let them get to 0, for the cell will die. They will appear with 5 seconds left and you have to click them again. You will get time bonuses every minute. But beware, time gets faster and faster! Head to the shop (the shopping cart,) and buy some cool things! Definitions: Nucleus: Contains the genetic material and commands the cell. Mitochondria: Provides energy to the cell. Golgi Apparatus: Processing simple materials into complex ones. Ribosomes: Builds protein for the cell. Endoplasmic Reticulum: Stores and transports materials. Vesicles: Stores and transports materials. Lysosomes: Breaks materials down. Cell Membrane: Controls what enters and exits the cell. Organelle: An item inside the cell working to keep it alive. Eukaryote: Cell with a nucleus. Prokaryote: Cell without a nucleus. This game was based on the function of a cell and the cell theory. All the organelles working is the 1st law. Mitosis (the division of cells) is the 3rd law.
