Pixels are not made and scratch. There made on the website I made it on. It's because most Pokemon websites or games use pixels to portray Pokemon. That's because they are easier to generate and load that way. Also if it's and Pokemon fusion generator, pixels are easier to mix and fuse two different pics together. If they used animae, it would be hard to code because you would have to make a pic for every combo, which would take thousands of years ( not exaggerating!). And if you want to make a Pokemon creater, it would take long enough for the Sun to burn up (not exaggerating, again!). A proof: look at the detail on this thing! Even RaysWorkShop couldn't make this! (no offense, by the way, because your an awsome pixel drawer!). The shadow, the color, Logos! Anyways, thats why they use pixels to draw Pokemon!
