Police will despawn offscreen, if they are near another cop. Police will only spawn when you are touching a road. Maximum score is 9999. Bumping cops gives you 2 points. Cops go just as fast as they do on roads when off screen. The max cop count is 15. When more than 5 cops, they despawn quicker, when more than 15, they despawn very fast.
