This is the Cancelled or Outdated Build, and yes Project Rafieko is Cancelled/Dead. I Miss @Deadlygamer9876 and @Hoodtail, they're good buds. Idk what happened to Hoodtail, but he left scratch (Deadly left scratch also). This is why PR is dead
