I loved timing things so that they overlapped perfectly. I used the hide block to hide the ghost, the show block to show the ghost, the say for (x) seconds block to tell the story, the go to x, y, block so the ghost was in the correct position, and the glide block to make the ghost glide. I also used the when flag clicked block so that the program started.
