My 2nd entry for Princess, this time a meme (original by @heckasgone)! Went with a painterly style here. It was so much fun to draw this lovely bby again <3 Click the flag to start, and once the meme ends & the thumbnail appears, click to view an extra art piece! --- FIRST/MAIN ENTRY (this one has the backstory): https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/424976641/ --- Ahhh no I forgot her collar D': I didn't include her crown in the meme because it was too much of a hassle, it's in the thumbnail though ^^' Sorry about the ugly grey outline around the frames, FireAlpaca would not let me export them as transparent files for some reason :( For those who were patient enough to read through her backstory, the backdrops correspond to events that happened in it: Eyes closed - her old house near the woods where she once lived, she's reminiscing about her past. Eyes open - the meadow near the castle (her new home), she's living happily in the present. Crying - scene where she runs into the forest at night, mourning the disappearance of her human family. The extra art at the end shows her covered in flowers, which are supposed to be delphiniums (her namesake) but wound up looking like generic blue blossoms, oops. The cursive reads "Flower meaning: cheerfulness; goodwill; remembering loved ones that have passed", which fits well with her personality/backstory. Fun fact: delphiniums are actually poisonous, so I guess that could be interpreted as the pain and struggles of Delphina/Princess's past? Every time I draw this baby she gets just a little bit more floofy uwu
