The whiteness shifted and formed into some blurry, brown shapes. Some white ones behined, too. My whole body hurt. My brain felt like it was being blown up, and Agonising pain shot up my right leg. “Ugh” I grunted, trying to go our on the blurry shapes. “Huh, never seen that before. Child, can you see me ok?” A heavily accented voice says, closer then I thought. “Your just a talking white blob” I reply, attempting to get up but black spots appear in my vision so I lie back again. “You see, child. We are memory wolves, meaning we can take away or give memories, awaken or bury them. We haven’t seen this happen when we used our awakening memory power.” The blurriness subsided slightly, I could make out the wolf now, pure white but with welcoming, warm green eyes. “W-where am I? I-I can tell I’m not where I fell.. it was over there I think” I point to a spot in some brambles. “Just someplace else.. never mind about that” the wolf said. “My name is Kayora. Here. This should make you feel... better” Kayora places some herbs on my lap. “What is this?” The wolf nudges the brown and white herbs and straightens up. “Chamomile. It’s completely safe, just to erm.... help the healing. Yeah. The pack use it all the time” I eye the root-like herbs suspiciously but then eat them. Almost instantaneously, a warm, comforting feeling fills my body. I sigh lightly, feeling the pain go away. Along with my consciousness again.
