Here's a folder of all my SotC animations plus one I made a few days ago using FireAlpca for the first time!! Save it for the end. I've come... pretty far since I started drawing (with my touchpad rip) in bitmap (and vector) for the first time. My episode two animations.... oy. 1 - Darren with the book! This one is probably my favorite with the hand animation and just *chef's kiss* It was also the first one I did for episode 3. @StormEchoes' voice really makes it and I just.... it's the best.2 2 - Emma looking to the side. Pretty simple. Not much there to animate movement and expressions. I've found that the trick to a good animation is just... movement. Don't leave most of the drawing standing still, people don't do that! They move their head and arms and all so for future stuff I think I would like to focus on characters talking and expressing (it's like 7:30 I can't spell) and things! 3 - Emma hugging a bookshelf! I actually took a video of myself doing the same and then based it off that so you know... that's me there lol. I animated this while listening to a podcast called Supernatural. I think this one was worked on while one about a house played so when I see it I feel spooky lol. Highly reccomend the podcast, it has nothing to do with the popular 16 season show. 4 - Josh using his powers during his Kram. Idk... I mean there were some complications with getting the light behind Josh and over Emma, so there's a little delay there that I don't like but... It's fine. This was the one I had to keep redoing because I didn't look right to me. It was complicated lol. 5 - This was from episode 2. We've got teacher lady just vibing and looking at her notebook. It's not TERRIBLE so... 6 - The teacher blinking. Not too much to say about this, it's another one where there wasn't a lot of room for movement. 7 - I don't think we actually used this one? I had a LOT of trouble it was quite unfortunate. Thank you Dren for giving Ches that wonderful ponytail it's great. 8 - Emma and Josh screaming. Oooh mmm mhm ah well yes. They aren't my best I'll tell you. Just a bit... of model... look a little wierd. But that's okay, I think I've been able to grow a lot more now. 9 - Water demons melting. *sigh* Just a little too clunky. Actually a lot too. Too much squish not enough redraw, you know? I could do much better XD a - A test animation of Archimedes from my new series: the Wonderland Academy of Nonsense and Dreams! I did this over a few times in a few different programs and FireAlpaca just worked the best (my dad thinks its "too cheesy" and the others with "more features" are better but they're just way too complicated and I don't need those features anyway.) So anyway! I don't know why I kept going back to zir's animation buuuut I just liked it I guess. So there you go!!
