-Hiya!- Today i'm going to show you the stretching routine I did to get and stay flexible! All you have to do is press the spacebar. Once it gets to the first stretch, you're good! I have added my voice so you know how to get into the stretch, and there is a timer already there, so you don't need one (you're welcome ;). _____________________________________________ About: -There are 16 total stretches. I recommend going as deep into the stretch as you can for best results. -Remember, I am not responsible for any injuries. Only go far into the stretch to where you can feel a STRETCH, but you aren't INJURING yourself. -Do this 2-3 times a day and you should see improvement in about a week!
