This is for awareness. Please don't take it too personally. I wrote this when I was in a very passionate state about kindness and my class was teaching this so I wanted to share it with you guys. 75% of the people would keep being nice, thinking that kindness and being nice is the same thing. 20% would just ignore this. And 5% would read this. Which percent are you going to be?
Just being nice is like holding the door for someone or letting someone borrow your pencil but being kind is something more. Being kind is like having a fundraiser to give to the homeless shelter or volunteering to help at a Soup Kitchen. Being kind can also be helping someone you really don't like with their homework or even asking if they want to sit with you at lunch or even giving them part of your lunch if they don't have anything to eat. Who are you going to be? A Nice Person or a Kind Person? And who knows? Maybe, if you choose to be a Kind Person, your kindness will bounce back to you if you keep spreading it.
