Looks good! I'd suggest adding shadows under the hat, slightly under the sleeves, and some under the actual dress itself. Maybe try expanding the hat, because if you draw out the whole head, it looks like it's glued on. Maybe try moving the (my left, his right) leg a bit closer to the other leg, because it looks like his body would have to move in a weird way for it to work. Also, his beard doesn't connect all the way on his face. Other than that, it looks good! The background is a good color, it doesn't distract from the center piece, and the colors all give off the same vibe, and I like it!
