Here are some opinions: This project does not focus on dieting but, it does indirectly mention it a couple of times. I did make a disclaimer in the intro but I felt that it wasn't enough. Dieting is YOUR CHOICE and your choice only! Unless your licensed doctor is telling you to, you are the only person who should decide whether or not to diet. Don't give in to peer pressure!!! One last thing, dieting doesn't always have to be negative. Once, I challenged myself to eat 25 different vegetables in a week! That's kind of a diet. I tried going vegetarian once too! Dieting doesn't always have to be negative. As long as you are completely sure you want to diet and you are positive that it will have no negative effects on your mental or physical health.
