Hello, welcome to Blue Moon's Animating Studio! If you are not one of my students yet, feel free to sign up here! https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/27608984/comments/#comments-100768580 Obviously if you're not my student, you'll still be able to view these projects, but only students can receive rewards and any special notices that will be announced in the classroom!! Basic rules: - If I set you homework, I want it finished by the due date. I will give you plenty time, as I don't want this class to be too stressful, but I also know that you will learn nothing if I let you put minimal effort into this. I will devote a lot of my time into this- the least i can ask of you is to give some of your own time back. -Be kind to others. If I get any reports of bullying, you will be given a certain amount of consequence points, depending on how severe the situation is. - Please remember, I am not a professional!! I only go off what I know, and I'm self taught, so I have no proof that what i'm saying is correct. Just- take everything i say with a pinch of salt. Consequence points: Consequence points will be given to anyone who breaks the rules in any way. Once you have 20 Consequence points, you are kicked from my class. Your consequence points reset to 0 at the end of the month. If you go a week with no consequence points at all, you get 5 extra reward points. In every class, including assemblies, I will have a list of the names of my students. Each student has to have notified me that they have seen the project within 3 days of me posting it, or else it will be classed as late, and you will gain 1 consequence point. Not completing homework will gain you 3 consequence points. Reward points: Whoever has the most reward points by the end of the term (3 months) will be gifted an animation meme from me. Reward points can be earned in many ways, but mostly just putting your all into work, always being on time, etc. Homework: I will set one piece of homework for every lesson, and sometimes for assemblies, too. It will never be too hard- the most it'll be is a small animation or a drawing. Classwork: This will mostly just be drawing/ animating cats, but if you want to learn anything else, please tell me, and i'll ask the other students if they want to learn it too! If the majority does, i will do a lesson on that :) That's all for today, guys!!
