WHY- character by @9rainbowtails , flag idea by Brownclaw, Minty, and Bubble Bbby also i thought this would be too long- (i couldnt import music) but it turned out to be too short- sorry- im really proud of dissss- also the other eye is whit-ish cause its under her hair- i guess i forgot to make the lineart grey-er in some frames under the hair
