Single notes are either primes or powers of primes (ie., 4, 8, 81, 121, etc) Gaps where there are no notes (they only appear after tick 230) are primes. After tick 52441, however, some of the gaps may be composite numbers. But you don't have to worry about that. It takes almost 1 1/2 hours to get to that tick on speed 10.
