So, basicly... Soniclover glitched out and another one of him appeared as Soniclover1112 but its pretty obvious he did it on purpose because the fake one was chatting. So F1r3Hawk banned the forst one ( Soniclover111 which caused the ban in the other one (Soniclover1112).
