So quick explanation: The Frisk from this timeline was the third corrupt soul. She had so much pain from being human that she completely decimated the two guardians and her own universe. She goes back to normal for short periods of time and the spirit of Nightmare and Dream follow her around and they can talk to her but Dream refuses to. She can still see them when she is corrupt.
