hello! welcome to my newest project! a piano cover! i chose to play the song 'say something' i started learning this song on the piano around when quarantine started, so maybe march. i found the music by literally googling say something easy piano music and then i went to images. i found an easy looking picture of the sheet music. so i printed it out, and began to learn how to play it. i soon realized that i has only printed out the first half or so of the song and not the ending. i obviously really wanted to learn the rest of it, so i googled it again, but this time i had no luck. i could not find the second half of the music. but i didn't give up. instead, i took what i had already learned about piano and that song, and i played by ear for the first time ever! i am really proud of myself for doing that! normally i find it very difficult to play by ear, but this time i did it and (in my opinion) it turned out really good!! yay okay so life story - check there is a few mistakes and timing issues, as well as background noise and other annoying bits but please ignore and be kind in the comments! if you can persuade me to, i MIGHT do a singing cover to go along with this song. just let me know if you would like to see that!! also, if you want to hear more of my story about learning this piece on the piano, feel free to ask me about having to re-learn this song! :P credits: piano playing - me song - say something (a great big world) mousetrail- me thumbnail - me thanks to @AquaLeafStudios for curating this on the last day of 2020!! thanks!!
