Hello! This is my weekly for Camp Pinelake, a writing a reading camp. ^^ ---------- What is the weekly? This week's weekly (which happens to be the second week) is Camp Aesthetics! Basically, there are six tasks to do to earn points for your cabin. These range from character design to world building. ---------- Who is the character? Azzy. Azzy is a made-up name, which is short for Azalea, the pink flower. (The girl on the left, next to the blonde-haired boy) ---------- All the writing can be located here, on blankslate: https://blankslate.io/ ---------- Images: These are five images that represent Azzy. In the top left, the baseball: Azzy has played baseball since she was three, but now she plays on a travel team. This ball is to represent the baseball she plays. In the bottom left, the azaleas: If you haven't guessed it, these azaleas are here to represent her name, Azalea! Azzy is short for Azalea, the flower, so I decided to put in this azalea bush! In the bottom right, a track: A track field. Why a track field? Azzy does track and field but specializes in the high jump and mile. I decided to put in this to symbolize track and field. In the top right, an electric guitar: Azzy plays the electric guitar, and Mathew, her friend, plays the ukulele. They enjoy jamming together, although Azzy thinks ukes are overrated. In the middle, a picture of Azzy and Mathew: This is a portrait of Azzy and Mathew. Yes, this is before Azzy dyed her hair a vibrant pink without her parents knowing- xD ---------- Songs: all songs can be found in the sprite********** Blinding Lights by The Weekend: This is one of Azzy's favorite songs, but so are all of these! Azzy has a lot of favorite songs, and possibly more favorite song artists! You really can't get her to pick ONE of anything. :) Count on Me by Bruno Mars: This is one of Mathew and Azzy's favorite songs to play together! It gives them a reminder, which they don't need, that they can ALWAYS count on each other no matter what. Burn the House Down by AJR: This is a song that Azzy listens to on the way to her sports events. It gets her fired up, giving her more energy, which she doesn't need! High Hopes by Panic! At The Disco: High Hopes is one of Azzy's favorite inspirational songs. It reminds her that dreams DO come true if you work hard enough to make them. Azzy loves to listen to this song no matter what and in any circumstance. Unstoppable by The Score: Azzy is unstoppable, and that's a fact. Nothing can stop her, not even the death of her beloved father. Azzy listens to this song a lot if she's feeling down or sad, and it always cheers her up. Memories by Maroon 5: Azzy's father's parting wish was that she plays this on the electric guitar while he sang it. Together, they played this song every day for exactly one week, before her father passed away. For most, this is a sad song, yes, but to Azzy, this song means more than a lot of things. Azzy listens to this song a lot, every time she does, at the end of the song, her eyes are spilling out tears, and a bunch of happy memories of her and her father floods back to her. She can't listen to it with other people, though. ---------- The music and image of New Jersey are inside in the sprites section.
