Backstory below! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fawnspots is the current deputy of NimbleClan. Born to Littledoe and Gazefoot she is an only child. Littledoe died in kitting and she was given to the young queen Ebonystalk. Gazefoot almost forgot about his daughter and partially blamed Fawnkit for her mother's death. As a result Fawnkit's father figure was Ebonystalk's mate Goosespirit. All of their first litter died so Fawnkit didn't even have adopted siblings. The first two kits were stillborns the last died of greencough on the day Fawnkit was born. She grew up loved and cared for and by the time she became and apprentice she was beginning to mend the relationship between her and Gazefoot. She was mentored by Doveflight a strict and fierce tom. While her mentor wasn't the kindest cat the two... managed. After receiving her warrior name Fawnspots grew close to a tom named Sparkshine. The two would hang out when Sparkshine wasn't training his apprentice Pricklepaw. She became the mentor of Racconpaw's best friend Ashenpaw. They trained hard and Ashenpaw proved to be faster than even Pricklepaw who was Prickleleap at this point. Gazefoot died of greencough in the same breakout that killed Shakestar. Sparkshine now Sparkstar asked her to be his second in command. The two were amazing leaders and became mates. A year later she had her first litter. Brokenkit, Featherkit and Larkkit were everything she could have hoped for. It didn't last forever though. When GullClan attacked the camp Larkkit was killed. Fawnspots was devastated. Sparkstar took over main care of the kits for a moon while Fawnspots led the clan with Copperspark. Copperspark was Sparkstar's sister and while strict didn't make a bad leader. She cheered loudest when her surviving kits recieved their mentors and Sparkstar could almost swear he heard her cheering Larkpaw every so often. She isn't the only female deputy around the bay, but she is the oldest deputy. She is 98 moons old at the beginning of the series. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- I almost choked on all of that exposition. Phew.
