- - - - - - hi there! ˎˊ- [ full-screen for best quality! ] Hi.. today I'm going to talk about a subject that I genuinely feel sort of uncomfortable telling others. But I feel like I've been avoiding this for a while... and I think it's important that you guys know :) So, yeah. My mental health.. is all over the place. I have two mental disorders, OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) and GAD (general anxiety disorder). This means that it's a bit harder for me to do everyday things... with both intrusive thoughts, constant worrying, and compulsions. Please don't pity me in the comments, I've heard enough of pitying. I just... want you guys to understand me better :) Also, keep in mind that this was really hard for me to open up about. PLEASE don't add this to any studios. It's hard enough actually putting it up on Scratch. The most annoying thing about this all is the intrusive thoughts. For a better example on how they work for me... here's an example. Say you really love apples. And everyday, every second your caught alone, your brain spews thoughts that you aren't even thinking at you, like "I HATE APPLES!" It's kind of like that. Please don't ask what the intrusive thoughts I'm having are, that's private information I don't even share with my close friends. If you'd like to better understand OCD and GAD, there are plenty of good resources online.
