This is just about the motion, I did this for my maths class, the aim is to tell the cat what direction you want to move. In a number, there is a function, and inside that function, is the output and the input, like 6 + 4 that is an output, and it equals 10, which makes the input. So the aim to this is the cat catechizing you where to move, the direction, and the amount, is what I just explained now, there is a function, and inside that function is an output, and the output make the input... The input is the amount, as you can see, you can choose whatever direction you want... Types of direction in scratch and other drag n' drop sites: 1. 0: When you say "If up arrow key is pressed" then you are pointing in direction 0, so it is moving up. 2. 180: Opposite, 180 is the opposite of 0, my theory is that 0/180=0+180, that gives you 180, this is the amount and the direction of "downwards" 3. 90: 90 is the right direction 4. -90: Negative is opposite of positive, so this is turning to the left direction.. I hope my explaining of direction and amounts helped you, well bye bye..
