Because he has an odd fascination with the taste of other monsters, not like the ones used to make meat, but the ones that sing and play just like you or me, like Mammotts or Truccuses. He wants to eat them raw and alive, now any other pastanot gimmick is always Harmless and when its anywhere creepy its not that bad (sometimes silly) but the thing with Jackpito... is just terrifying.
