Basic scrolling tile engine for a scrolling platformer. Give it a test by using your arrow keys to move! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a pretty rudimentary test, but the goal is to eventually work up to a fully modular tile system w/ a platforming engine inside.
