It should open the scratch editor. 2. Open the 'Progress bar' sprite 3. Find the script with the comment that says 'Delete' 4. Delete it. (Drag it to the blocks inventory on the right) 5. Backpack the 'Progress bar' sprite (At the bottom left of the screen, you should see a tab called 'Backpack.' Click on it, and your backpack should open up. In the sprites menu (Below the stage, with all of the sprites), drag the sprite into your backpack.) 6. Go into the project you want the progress bar in, and unbackpack it. (Open up your backpack as you did in step 5, and drag the progress bar sprite to the sprites menu.) 7. In the sprite, you should see the magenta 'my blocks tab. In that tab, you should see the progress bar block there. Drag it into the editor, and customize it any way you want!
