**!!!SMALL BLOOD WARNING!!!** **!!SPOILER WARNING FOR SEASON 8 OF NINJAGO!!** (and when I say 'spoiler' I literally mean the biggest plot twist in the whole show, if you haven't watched it though, it doesn't really make much sense so you're fine) When I saw this MAP, I knew that I HAD to join, like, if I didn't, I wouldn't be able to forgive myself. Unfortunately, at the time, it was closed and I had to settle for a back up. But then a part opened up and I was able to do this!!!! *jazz hands* I'm also REALLY proud of the hand and lip-sync, especially since those are some weak spots in my art/animation. also I promise I wasn't being lazy with the art, I just thought that it had a cool sketchy aesthetic. meaning behind everything: (spoilers for Ninjago seasons 8 and 9) - The first part with the feet is just to be intimidating - The knife is supposed to represent that Harumi literally killed the family that a cared enough to take her in when her parents were killed, like, what the heck she's crazy- - The lip-sync just looks cool. - This part also is just stylised. I'm kind of obsessed with drawing eyes. - Ok, so- she goes through all these stages of how people see her in the show. Up until the end of SoG Harumi kind of has a mask on making her look like a damsel in distress, but she's really the quiet one. Yeah uh- spoiler alert. - And finally, my favourite part. The eyes are supposed to represent the pressure she felt to execute everything perfectly after she resurrected Lord Garmadon. Especially after he /literally/ tore Mr. E to shreds. Also, can we take a second to appreciate the way this literal queen went down? like- uhjyhgjkhjgy I know she's a villain but noble little bean needs some love Song: Twisted - ???
