He once was obsessed with The Flash but since he was a brilliant, smart person so he made the Accident The same one that made The Flash (Barry Allen) then he makes a negative speed force then goes back in time to kill Barry as a child but The Flash comes to stop him The Flash stops him and saves himself then Reverse Flash thinks “what If the Flash suffers a Tragedy so he never becomes the flash” so he kills The Flash’s mother but in doing so he loses most of his speed and can’t run back to the future so he kills Harrison Wells because he builds the particle Excelerator which is the accident that made the flash so he makes the flash and trains him as the man he killed Harrison Wells but at the same time being the reverse flash
