I was messing around with the idea of a crossover between super mario bros and batman.... and I made this smooth engine. I can't believe how smooth it plays out. Well ,at least for me it does. I even made luigi's.. err ,I mean.. GREEN BAT's cape affected by his movement. A very good mario engine I made wih a gotham themed level with luigi. Propably my best platformer engine yet. I didn't add enemy interactions yet though... Possible story: -Mario's and luigi's parents are killed in an alley ,just like the original story. They both are raised like sons by butler E. gadd and gain their parents fortune. Luigi becomes the dark knight in his future ,stopping crime across the entirety of the toadtown city. Luigi wouldn't be as scaredy as his normal counterpart ,but he would be rather socially awkward. Mario wouldn't become a hero ,rather a politic going for becoming the mayor ,to stop the crime sprees in the city from within. He would grow a different sense of justice than his brother ,starting a small conflict between the two. Wario would be the penguin counterpart. Waluigi would become joker with a cheap name "mocker". Their sprites are inside the project.
