When you want to place an O or a X tile first click on the tile. JUST CLICK! Then drag the tile to where you want it to be. The tiles are in the yucky yellow box in the bottom right corner of the screen. When someone wins click the "Someone Won?" button in the top right corner of the screen. It will then take you to a screen that asks you who won. Click on the appropriate tile and a "win screen" will pop up. If no one wins just click the green flag to start over. Hopefully you know how to play Tic-Tac-Toe.
I'm sorry about this but I don't know how to allow someone to drag the tiles when you are on the "Project Page". Therefore you will have to play the game in the "See Inside" page. So sorry. If anyone knows how to move the tiles on the "Project Page" PLEASE tell me.
