BACKSTORY: This used to be a rare Schindler S-Series, but the building owner didn't care about the fact that it was rare and in 2005 he got Otis to mod it into a Gen2. Then in 2010 the company that was using the building he owned went bankrupt, then in late 2018 this building got a new owner and in early 2019 he got APEX Lifts generic to mod the lift again. The lift opposite this one is broken.
