Um... this is my new OC, Moonstar! She is a WindClan cat who is 50% dragon! 25% NightWing and as you can tell, 25% RainWing, hence her eyes (not only that, but she descends from Dovewing, there was a half-Clan relationship somewhere along the line). This linage has resulted in the ability to cause small fire sparks, see the future, change her eyes with her emotions (not the same way RainWings do, some are different) and fly. She also somehow got Dovewing's hearing...
