So anyways, this is my first official looking Oc ref, it looks weird but meh again. Name: Carly Sarah Rue Age: 16 Gender: Female Height: 5’0 Weight: 110.3 lbs Theme: Illuminati (I don’t even know anymore XD) Backstory: Carly is a double agent for the Illuminati and U.S government. She pretends to be a member of both but her true loyalties are only to herself. She has U.S.A dollars in one pocket and and Illuminati earring that shows her alliance with both groups. The reason she is wanted by both is for her ability to control fire, and make fire. Carly is a overall kind person, but has a short temper. She has made some grave mistakes due to this. She enjoys fashion and disguises, which helps her during her jobs. Wow I’m actually really proud of the art and the backstory. I worked really hard on both.
