⚶ F i e l d s o u l ⚶ ⚶ P e r s o n a l i t y ⚶ Fieldsoul is a quiet, kind cat who always tries his best. He only speaks when he knows he has something to add to a conversation, which is, honestly, not all that often. He does not have a low self-esteem- but, his sense of self seems skewed (like his mind). He is a deep thinker, and if given something to think about, he will think about it until it has been thought to the far ends of his mind. He believes deeply in the supernatural, including Starclan, and in evil spirits that were not allowed in Starclan. Ever since the accident, Fieldsoul has taken on some quirky traits: most notably, he can only speak in three-syllable chunks, although it is unclear if this is a choice, or just how his mind works now. He jerks a lot, especially in his sleep, and he often stares into nothingness while he works. He also believes in a slew of untrue memories that appear to have been caused by the accident, including a name: Taillou. No one can even begin to fathom where this name came from. ⚶ B a c k s t o r y ⚶ Fieldkit was born a perfectly normal kit. He grew up like a normal kit, played games like a normal kit: truly, he was a normal kit. But then, the accident occurred. Although no one can remember what quite happened (stories range from a hawk picking him up, and dropping him from the skies to him being partially caught in a cave-in), the little kit was changed from then on. Once he could speak again, he claimed that he was a cat named Taillou, and that he was from far away, and that he was lost. This was, of course, untrue, as he had grown up in Spaceclan, had a mark and everything. But, no matter how much prompting he was given, he held fast to this 'Taillou' persona. He was brought to the Mooncave, and he was assigned the role of Medicine Cat Apprentice. He did not know what that meant, but before he knew it, he was working with a mentor, in the Medicine Cat's den. She was the first cat he had seen after the accident, and had bonded with her over that time. He grew up, and gained his full Medicine Cat's name, whispered upon a breeze: Fieldsoul. But, tragedy was soon to strike: his mentor soon fell ill after Fieldsoul was given his full Medicine Cat name, and died. This was the first time Fieldsoul had ever grieved: even after his father had perished after falling out of a tree, he had not grieved. Nor for his mother. But for his mentor, he did grieve. The memory, albeit skewed, is still fresh in his mind now. He hopes that, one day, he will meet her again, if Starclan would permit it.
