#Filler yay im back where I used to be back in early 2020... and I realized I made 14 RPG AYs so far in the same year. Note that this project was updated constantly to add frames and fixes some problems. I think it's fine to remix now. I made a character based on Sagat bc well, idk anymore (Exact health is 20 bc the health bar is 41 bits long, dang). Animated like SF2, not because of laziness (barely 50 frames). I was supposed to add shadow, but thanks to a weird glitch I removed it. I tried my best incorporating a character without using as much as individual broadcast. The scratch attack is super complicated and pls fix stuff it's too hard. It's kinda hard to put a fighter into a RPG game like this (the "is too scared to attack" is replaced by "is unconscious" and works differently).
