I used the ballerina for dancing and three changing color balloons. I even made the word "DANCING" and I made some change colors and some others are turning white. If you enjoy this leave a thumbs up or a good comment. I tried my best..heh.
It's pretty hard to explain but I'll try, first I made the ballerina dancing so you use next costume so it can move! Well the three changing color balloons I used three normal balloons, it's in the purple section. Last but not least, the word "DANCING" I made it changing colors and brightness one. The white (Brightness) is in purple section too. You see the change color effect or whatever you call it. You see an arrow pointing down and pick brightness.
