Hello! I haven't entered any drawing contests so I thought I'd enter this one. I didn't go step by step, but this basically shows my process. Press space~ I'm not really sure what the personality of this character is like, so this might be a bit off. I show the references I was able to find in the beginning and I went a little bit off their pfp at the time (an elegant girl with a very detailed outfit).
