THIS ANIMATION ONLY SYNCS IF THE FPS IS 17. If you've seen my other projects, You know I'm terrible at sync. Since I had to draw each frame by hand and also am using a mouse pad, 138 frames is brutal for me, so I used tweening at the middle and ending parts. That makes this animation not as good as it would be if I drew each frame. Also, I'm not that good using timer for fps so sorry about the fact it doesn't always end at the end frame.
