Generates random numbers based off a seed, like Minecraft. Input the seed you'd like to be used, the minimum and maximum for the values generated, then the amount of numbers you'd like to generate. 100,000 takes just about a second on my computer.
Credit for the linear congruential equation goes to Wikipedia. When you use the same seed, the same numbers are generated. Feel free to use this in any project you might be making!
