I used a image off google and changed the eye color, lip color and shirt color, because I didn’t feel like spending an hour or two on making it Dawn(but villain name is timestealer)//17//villain//can freeze time for about 2 minutes but has to wait three hours to use it again and can Make time bubbles which can freeze one person or slow down someone//White hair with black wings, gold eyes, and very pale skin//non-Binary
Wings might be out of proportion but they can spread to be larger and fold up to how they are now When they are fighting they wear a black mask saying ‘can we just freeze time’ and wears blue contacts so no hero’s suspects her Second drawing with blue eyes is what she looks like in battle, no wings didn’t feel like drawing them
