Click the switch to change from on to off. The red lines are the wires. The electrons only show when the circuit is closed. The electrons flow from the negative side of the battery to the switch. When the switch is on, the circuit is closed and electricity can flow to the light. When the switch is off, the circuit is open and electricity cannot flow to the light.
