Please check out this art process instead, I'm happier with this one https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/432697073/ So, for my Humanities class, we had an art project on something we had read or learned, and I decided to draw Rāma from the Ramayana. The Ramayana was an epic from Ancient India, and the main protagonist was Rāma, the eldest prince. Throughout the Ramayana we see him marry Sita, get cast into exile, help sages and priests, and battle Rāvana. I tried to illustrate the battle between Rāvana and Rāma, portraying Rāma as a single light source against the cloud of Rāvana's arrows. Most of the design for him came from online depictions of him, although I drew his skin blue specifically because in the book it says he had the marks of Lord Vishnu, and Vishnu had blue skin, so that's often how he's depicted. I hope you enjoyed my art, consider leaving a love, or maybe even a favorite and follow? I'll be trying to draw more often on here and releasing more art processes.
