I did have to use a rain engine and credit to @Rumanti. I edited the rain and pictures in the back round are from google. I spent hours on this so I hope you like it @-SpaghettiCorgi- This is my first contest! Oh and also if you see anything that has to be improved tell me and I will fix it.
